We love giving new life to reclaimed, refurbished, and high grade materials, making every piece totally unique! Because of that, sizing may vary. If you need a super-specific size, just let us know when you place your order. For custom signs, we’ll send you a Design Draft with an estimated size before we start crafting your masterpiece!
Custom & Personalized Orders – Let’s Make It Yours
Got a lot to say? Keep in mind that the max number of characters depends on the item’s size. Need more space? Just reach out, and we’ll work some magic with a custom quote! The font shown in the first photo is usually the default, but if you have another font in mind—just say the word! We’ll send you a digital preview (Design Draft) within 2-3 business days** for your approval, so keep an eye on your inbox! Images show some font samples.
Care Instructions – Keep It Looking Fresh!
- Some pieces are sealed for indoor/outdoor use, while others are left natural.
- Cedar & Redwood: Can handle the great outdoors, finished or not.
- Other Wood Types: Should be sealed and resealed periodically to stay protected.
- Acrylic Weatherproof & UV-resistant, but outdoor paint may need touch-ups over time—just like house paint!

We recycle packaging and protective materials whenever possible! Don’t worry—it’s clean and sturdy, just a little extra love for the environment and your wallet.
Mockup Approval & Cancellations – Let's Keep Things Moving!
We jump on your mockup ASAP after you place your order, so cancellations aren’t accepted after 24 hours. Be sure to check your email and approve your design quickly—work won’t begin until we get the green light from you!
Returns & Refunds – No Take-Backsies (With a Few Exceptions!)
Because most items are made just for you, we can’t accept returns or refunds on custom orders. But if your item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail—don’t panic! Just reach out, and we’ll make things right. Double-check your mockup before giving the thumbs-up, as that’s exactly how your final piece will look!
Processing Time – Good Things Take Time!
Processing time is typically within 2 weeks for custom orders, but it’s an estimate. If you need your order by a certain date, reach out before ordering. We can guarantee a shipping date, but once it’s in the hands of the carrier… well, we all know how that goes!
Shipping & Insurance – Because Life Happens!
- Shipping Times: Estimates only! USPS Priority takes 2-3 days, while UPS/FedEx Ground takes 3-6 days—but delays can happen. The only guaranteed delivery option is Priority EXPRESS.
- Lost Packages: Can’t be claimed until 15 days (domestic)
- Damaged Items? Snap some photos, keep the packing materials, and contact us—we’ll handle the rest!
