Gathering Details We start by discussing your custom sign, including text, artwork, images, or logos you’d like to incorporate. Your input helps us design a sign that perfectly reflects your style.
Design & Approval Using your details, we create a layout for your approval. This ensures you’re completely satisfied with the design before we begin crafting.
Quality Materials & Craftsmanship We use only the highest quality wood, paints, and finishes to guarantee durability, even in outdoor conditions. Our process involves precision engraving with a router and engraver to achieve fine details. Each sign is then carefully hand-painted and sealed with a durable finish coat.
Final Approval & Shipping Once your sign is complete, we send you a picture for final approval before carefully packaging and shipping it to you.

- Some pieces are sealed for indoor/outdoor use, while others are left natural—because rustic is a vibe!
- Cherry & Alder Woods: Built for the great outdoors, finished or not.
- Other Wood Types: Need some TLC! Seal and reseal periodically to keep them looking their best.
- Acrylic: Weatherproof & UV-resistant, but outdoor paint may need a touch-up over time—just like your house paint!

Mockup Approval & Cancellations – Let’s Keep Things Moving!
Once you place your order, we jump into action! Because of that, cancellations aren’t accepted after 24 hours.
Be sure to check your email and approve your design quickly—nothing moves forward until we get your official thumbs-up!

Returns & Refunds – No Take-Backs! (With a Few Exceptions, of Course!)
Since most of our pieces are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns or refunds on personalized orders. But if your item arrives damaged or goes MIA in the mail—don’t freak out! Contact us, and we’ll make things right.
Be sure to double-check your mockup before giving it the final “YES!” That’s exactly how your finished piece will look!

Processing Time – Good Things Take Time!
Custom orders typically take about 2 weeks to complete, but this is just an estimate. Need it ASAP? Reach out before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We can guarantee a shipping date, but once it’s in the hands of the mail carriers… well, we all know they run on their own timeline.

Shipping & Insurance – Because Life Happens!
- Shipping Times: These are estimates, not guarantees! USPS Priority takes 2-3 days, while UPS/FedEx Ground takes 3-6 days. If you need a guaranteed delivery, Priority EXPRESS is the way to go.
- Lost Packages? Can’t be claimed until after 14 days (domestic).
- Damaged Items? Snap some photos, keep the packaging, and contact us—we’ll take care of it!
